Bonding is the term used to describe permanently attaching dental materials to your teeth. This process is achieved with dental adhesive and a high-intensity curing light. Composite bonding may also be used as a less invasive alternative to veneers and crowns to fix stained, discolored, misshapen, or crooked teeth. Bonding procedures can often be done in a single appointment without the use of shots, and they require the removal of little to no tooth structure.
